About Me

Hi, my name is Eric. I graduated from the University of Illinois in 2008 with a bachelor's degree in kinesiology and have been a personal trainer for the past 5 years. I have worked with a wide variety of clientele with many different goals and love seeing clients reach their goals. It doesn't matter where you're starting from and how far away you are from your goal, just be ready to make a change!

What to Expect

All sessions start with a 4-6 minute warm up to make sure you are ready for the session and decrease the chance of injury. Every session will be different to ensure your body never gets used to the training and is forced to change. Some of the sessions will be primarily about endurance and cardio while other sessions will be more resistance training to work on muscular strength and endurance.

While I have many success stories, two standout the most in my mind. One client lost a total of 50 lbs within 6 months while the other client lost 35 lbs within 5 months. Going over a nutrition plan that would work for them, as well as changing their training, they were both happy with their results.
