Hi, my name is Eric. I am currently doing personal and group training at MindRight Performance, you can check out our Instagram page to see the facility I am working at.

I have been training for about 6 years now and I always strive to give my client the best service possible.

I tailor my programs to fit your needs and attain your goals as quickly as we can.

What to Expect

A dynamic warm up that includes flexibility and mobility work. Muscle activation work to ensure that we are using the right muscles. After the warm up we work on the strength training basics if you are looking for general fitness or weight loss. Every session follows a thought out planned progression to ensure results.
