My name is Eric and I am a former college football player to body transformation specialist, my lifelong passion of sports has fueled a commitment to getting Houstonians and people across America moving.

What to Expect

When we first meet, we will have a consultation and discuss your goals. Then we will do a body assessment by with weight and body circumference. Once that process is complete, we will then start working on a program that will fit your needs. I recommend for all of my clients to warm-up before each training session.

Client Success Story

Once of my greatest stories was with a client named Danny that needed to transform his body for a wedding. Danny was 3 months out and needed to lose an extra 15 pounds to fit into his tux. Danny wasn't the type to watch his diet but he listened to every piece of advice I provided in our first month and he lost 12 pounds with in the first month and was at ease because he only needed to lose three pounds to meet his goal; he had enough time to spare to get the tux altered. Danny has been training with me for 5 years and we are best friends.
