Hello my name is Emma! I'm a dedicated fitness professional, and I'm so excited to have the opportunity to help you along your journey to a healthier lifestyle! My job is to help you establish goals for your health and fitness, create a customized workout and nutrition plan, and increase your knowledge to help you achieve those goals. I enjoy working with a wide variety of clients, and have experience with age groups ranging from 10 years old - 70 years old. I specialize in circuit training, weight lifting, cardio training, core and balance training, and more! My goal is to keep you engaged in your workouts, to support you, to teach you, and to deliver results! I'm currently only taking clients willing to come to my personal training facility in Covina. Each session is 1 hour long. I like to switch things up to ensure you never hit plateaus, so every day will be a different workout. We will begin with a warm up specific to what our focus will be for the day. I will demonstrate all the exercises for you to show you proper form and technique. I will coach you through your workout until we have about 5 minutes left of our time, and we will spend the last few minutes cooling down and stretching the muscle groups we've worked for the day.
One of my favorite clients to train is a friend of mine named Sean. We have been training for about 8 months now. When we started training his goal was to gain about 10 lbs of muscle, and build more lean mass. He has now gained over 10 lbs of muscle, and continues to gain strength and move up in weight selection each week!
