About Me

Hi! My name is Emily. I have always had a passion for fitness and have worked at many cycle studios in the past. I am a half marathon runner and a triathlete. I am training for a half iron man and a full marathon at the moment. My specialties are cardio and endurance (running, indoor cycling, swimming). I have also taken nutrition classes and provide valuable information to my clients about that topic. I also love coaching tennis and yoga!

What to Expect

I look at each clients individual goals and needs and create a unique workout routine to achieve their desired results. Depending on what the client is looking for, we will start off at a baseline and gradually increase the workouts.
