My name is Ellison, and I am dedicated to women's health and fitness. Women's time is precious because of the many roles we play in everyday life. Whether you are a professional woman or a homemaker, time is sparse. This results in the decline of women's health, since we rarely have the opportunity to take care of ourselves. Using fitness techniques that include barre, pilates and yoga, I want to offer you the opportunity to invest your health and wellbeing. Your image is important, but being able to feel confident and capable in the body you have is necessary.

A typical training session begins with a warm-up. After that, we will go through exercises I have selected that best fit your goals and needs. If you elect to workout outside of our sessions, I use these same exercises as homework for you to do. The end of our session includes stretching to help lengthen the muscles we've worked and relax the body.
Client, age 60, with a history of shoulder injuries, wanted to improve her mobility, strengthen her upper body, and improve her general health and wellness. After one and a half months, she found that her shoulders were not as restricted and that her mobility had begun to improve.
