Hi, my name is Elizabeth. I came to fitness late in the game for most trainers. I know what it's like to be completely confused about how to create change in your body. What started out for me as a weight loss journey has brought me to a place where I am passionate about posture and movement as preventative medicine.

There is a discovery process. Each season is a bit different from the next, but my approach is always the same. I focus on back, core and lower body strengthening and mobility work. My goal is to make the rest of your life easier and more confortable.
I have a client who came to me years ago with tremendously limited mobility in his neck and shoulders, arthritis in the neck and numbness down the arms. His dr was prescribing surgery and pain medication. Together we worked on increasing mobility and improving posture as well as undoing some poor movement patterns that had developed. Now, his pain is significantly decreased, his mobility has improved immensely and he was able to completely avoid surgery and medication.
