I immediately dove into the fitness industry straight out of high school. I was enamored with reading articles and teaching myself how to work out and eat properly. A few years later I joined the Air Force and my training became a bit more serious. I went on to obtain numerous certifications through the Air Force. In my time in the Air Force I have worked in all different areas of Fitness. A personal trainer, a group instructor, CrossFit coach and much more: • Performed facility and equipment orientations and enforced safety rules and regulations governing activities and the use of exercise equipment • Created and scheduled group exercise classes for all populations • Scheduled fitness appointments and designed workouts for individuals seeking help • Created and ran CrossFit program, taught over 300 classes to 1400 patrons • Evaluated individuals abilities, needs, and physical conditions, and developed suitable training programs to meet any special requirement • Provided members with information and resources regarding nutrition, weight control and lifestyle issues • Administered emergency first aid, wrapped injuries, and responded to emergencies. I recently got out of active duty a few months ago and now living in the Kansas City area, and go to school online. I miss training and working with individuals in person because I know I have so much to offer and value I can add to peoples lives.
