About Me

I am a personal trainer/lifestyle coach with a proven track record of achieving measurable results with clients. Whether it is women looking to reshape their bodies after childbirth, seniors needing functional training, or men and women looking to increase their muscle mass and overall strength, I use my extensive knowledge in fitness and nutrition to help clients achieve their goals through a custom-designed program. I motivate and support them every step of the way. I live in Huntingdon Valley, PA, with my husband and my four children.

What to Expect

After the initial thorough fitness assessment, we start each session with a short warm-up to prepare the body for a challenging, yet manageable workout designed to fit your specific goals and needs. Various techniques and equipment are utilized. Emphasis is on safety and target goals. Stretching, flexibility and a cool-down are included in each session. In addition, we discuss nutrition and lifestyle change necessary for achieving long-lasting results.

This was my experience with Elizabeth following an episode of lateral epicondylitis – “tennis elbow”. I first met Elizabeth when she was employed as a Zumba instructor at a gym I was a member of. I watched her classes grow and finally decided I would give Zumba another chance. From the first song, Elizabeth dance routines were easy to follow, and I became a regular. Her energy and enthusiasm for Zumba was contagious. I began training with her in a 90 day fitness competition, where I was part of a team of three. Elizabeth had two other teams. During that 90 day period, I lost 18 pounds, and her vigorous workouts sculpted my body. Our group training sessions were an hour in duration with different cardio and strength training activities during each session. As we all started to lose weight, Elizabeth kept us positive and helped us through difficult times. She was knowledgeable about nutrition, and I learned from her how to eat to maintain my body weight, which I have done for three years. Elizabeth took a personal interest such as showing how to prepare meals and giving us specific exercises to help us with our weight loss program when we're not at the gym.

The relationship between a personal trainer and their client is a special one. Elizabeth is outstanding in this fitness industry. She is knowledgeable about her chosen field and will give 100 percent of herself to help her clients to be successful in achieving their fitness goals.

What is unique about Elizabeth is that her being a personal fitness expert is not just about having a job. She loves what she does and knows how to sculpt the female body. She teaches life-style changes. The time I have spent with her have been some of the most enjoyable especially when her 90 day weight loss teams finished first, second, and third. If I were to be fortunate enough to live in the same area as Elizabeth again, I would definitely be working with her and would recommend her to anyone serious about making life-style changes.

My experience with Elizabeth was life changing. I am a female in my late 50s, and I was trying to get to a healthy weight for a decade. I lost 20 lbs in 6 months while training with her. Elizabeth started by "interviewing" me before the first session was scheduled. This gave her insight into my mind and spirit. It also let me, the client, get to know her in another light. During our first session, we talked about food, drink, and exercise. She explained why water is so important for the body and why alcohol is bad for losing weight. While I did circuits, she discussed what exercises tone you, what exercises burn fat, and how long and how often you should do them. One session might work on the upper body and cardio. The following session might work on the core and butt. She showed me how to use the myfitnesspal app to my advantage. Sometimes we read about nutrition and exercise, but we do not act on the tips. My reality is that I have to watch my calories. Elizabeth did for me what no other trainer has been able to do before or since. She motivated me to eat nutritiously and make the most with the time I have to exercise. She never bullied me to reach my goals. Elizabeth is unique because she discussed food choices every session without making me feel guilty. Elizabeth's approach takes your lifestyle as well as your spirit, mind, and body into account. Not all trainers do this. You will not regret time spent training with Elizabeth Gayle.

If it were available, Elizabeth would get a 1 million star rating from me. I have been a participant in Elizabeth's 60 minute Body Conditioning Class twice a week for the last 18 months. We always worked hard and Elizabeth tweaked every class so that it was never exactly the same but always a vigorous challenge. In addition, her help with her vast knowledge of nutrition and health gave me a very good path to follow. As a result, I not only look stronger and feel healthy, I now "walk like a queen" because this is her mantra and I've now tried to always remember to make it mine too.
