I'm an Austin, Texas, native with a bachelor of science in nutrition. I have been in sports my whole life, played collegiate tennis at the University of Texas and have remained in the health and fitness industry ever since. My sports background includes: tennis, soccer, gymnastics, track, and bodybuilding. As both a registered dietitian (5+ years) and NASM certified personal trainer, my clients get only the best health coaching and guidance that is all encompassing! Each client I work with gets coached in four health pillars: physical activity, nutrition, recovery and mindset. By covering all aspects of health, you learn the tools to maintain the healthy habits you learn with me for life! Most of my training takes place outdoors so that you can enjoy nature and get some sun-stimulating vitamin D while you sweat!
Initial Session: Fitness and nutrition assessment, measurements, client history, goal setting, and some light total body work, time allowing. Regular sessions: 5 minute warm-up, 40-45 minutes of WORK!, 5-10 minute cool/down and recovery, set goals for week within four health pillars
