I have been born and raised in Tallinn, Estonia. I have been instructing dance and fitness classes since 2001. 2013 I moved with my family to Washington DC, were I was both a group fitness trainer and personal trainer until we moved to San Diego in 2018. I am certified trainer through AFAA. My client base has been very diverse: men, women, young, older. I find it very interesting to work with different age groups and clients with different goals. I have a rich background in different training methods, so finding the right match for a client is the most fun for me. And FUN is the key word for all my classes/PT sessions. Workouts with me are efficient, fun and safe!
