I'm a collegiate cross country and track & field athlete at Carthage College, part time model, and certified personal trainer through the NFPT that's ready to change the way you look at fitness. By combining cardio, weights, and plyometrics, I'm able to give you real results, real fast. I also provide macronutrient and meal planning programs. NFPT
Depending on your goals and experience, I'll build an intense, unique, yet fun program combining weights, cardio, and plyometrics. It will be extremely challenging at times, but if it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you. However, I will never ask you to complete a task I don't believe you are ready for. Macronutrient profiling/meal planning can also be worked into package deals, since you absolutely CANNOT out-train a bad diet. I'll require that you do some 'homework' in your free time (you'll get a workout regime for days I'm not working with you) AND I'll require you to keep a food log (hand written).
I've put together cardio and leg training programs that have helped multiple body builders win competitions. I have also helped clients drop a considerable amount of body fat while building muscle, making for an incredible transformation in as little as 6 weeks time.
