Hello, my name is Eleanor, but I go by Elle. I am a passionate health and fitness professional whose main objective is helping others achieve their goals. I do this by helping others find their why/purpose so they can begin building the foundation to fulfill their true potential. Then they can start living the life of their dreams. Fitness is not only physical but mental as well. I take a holistic approach to personal fitness and well-being. I believe that fitness begins in the mind and starts with self. Before we can begin to bring your physical goals into fruition, we first must dive deeper and solve the root within. You must think of the changes you want to create as a lifestyle and not a temporary fix. I want to help transform you from the inside out, and sustain those changes lifelong. I myself strive to be a role model and lead by example. I will not teach or suggest you something unless I have experienced it myself. I train 6 days a week and meal prep every Sunday. I meditate daily and am always learning to further develop my expertise to make sure that the programs I design and create will deliver optimal results. With my background and as a lifelong health and wellness enthusiast, I feel sure that I will be successful in helping to provide high quality client service and continue to help you achieve the results you desire.

What to Expect

A typical training session will begin with a 5-10 minute warm up depending on your physical capabilities. Then depending on your goals, we will begin our session. I will go through each exercise with you first by displaying proper form, as well as where you will want to focus your mind in relation to the move. After demonstrating, I will have you practice the move on your own. I will be right there beside you coaching you through the movement and motivating you until completion. We will do a series of exercises and then end with a cool down and stretch. Throughout the workout, I will ask you how you are feeling, make sure you are doing well and you can feel free to ask questions. At the end of the workout, we will review and I will prepare you for what is to come. I will always send you the exercises for your record.

My Client Ivette 34 years old, Stay Home Mom: She is a vegan client and has been training with me the past two months. Prior to training with me she overtrained, did a lot of cardio and did not incorporate weight training. She ate too many carbohydrates and was not eating enough protein or drinking enough water.
