Hi, my name is Efren. I've been training myself for 8 years and took it upon myself to become much more knowledgeable about the training processes that can help me achieve my goals. In doing so I became a NASM certified personal trainer and interned under many knowledgeable coaches. I have turned my passion for training into a passion to helping others through training. A client can expect an hour long session which will include compound exercises that will be focused on hypertrophy (muscle building). Each session will include some form of core training and conditioning. All exercises will/are catered to each individual as skill levels vary.
Carlo a client of mine came in weighing around 180 pounds focused on losing body fat and gaining some muscle. The scale was continuously telling him he was not losing weight. However, after 3 months of training he lost only 5 pounds but when from a size 38 waist to a size 32. Carlo had lost a ton of body fat and replaced it with lean muscle mass.
