HI, my name is Edwin. I started my fitness journey in the 6th grade and have been training since. I played football and basketball all through out my youth and was prepared to play D-II football until an injury kept me out. I read a lot and watched numerous videos about training to help myself stay in shape and stay ready to compete. I took it one step further and became a certified personal trainer three years ago. I have learned so much through working with different clients in commercial gyms as well as private owned gyms. I sincerely enjoy helping others achieve the goals they have set for themselves in their fitness journey.

What to Expect

You can expect to be pushed to your limit and once you think you are there, I will push you past it. If you are physically unable to perform a certain movement, i will not let you be discouraged. I will always have an alternative for you. Trust the process and the results will come.

I have been working with Edwin for about a year now. When I first started, I could barely do a half hour workout. Now I am doing an hour regularly.
My schedule is very limited, so I am not able to exercise as often as I should. Edwin works around my schedule and has created workout sessions geared towards my limited time.
He keeps me motivated. I am never bored, because he continually changes up the exercises. So if it's a leg day, we're not doing the same leg exercises every time. When we do abs, it's not the same exercises again and again.

Additionally, he has helped me tweak my dietary habits. He provided specific eating habits for myself as well as my wife. Each was geared towards our individual goals
I have seen improvement in my stamina and strength. Others have noted the positive changes in as. Most importantly my doctor has noted my improved health.

I highly recommend Edwin. He took my limitations into consideration, but still challenged me. He worked on and corrected my form. He knows when to push me and when to ease up.

I have been training with Edwin for over a year. He is an awesome personal trainer! Edwin, helps you meet your goals and challenges your body. I can do things now that I never knew I could do. I know I would not have done so on my own training myself. Your body never gets used to the same exercises because just when you think you got it he changes it up. Your muscles/body is always challenged. He has helped me to meet my goals and now I have new ones. Excellent nutritional assistance too. Edwin is an extremely dedicated personal trainer who will help you achieve your goals with some serious enthusiasm. When I train with him, he is totally focused on me making sure I do every exercise correctly and getting the most out of each one. His constant encouragement inspired me to push my body to do more than I ever thought I could do. The workouts are always different and target different body parts every time. As a result, I have very strong arms and legs and my metabolism is through the roof! I would wholeheartedly recommend Edwin because he caters to your needs and your goals become his goals.

Edwin was my first experience with personal training and I’m so glad I made the choice to work with him! I tried P90x, Insanity, 21 Day Fix, running 4 miles five days a week, EVERYTHING. Nothing worked and got me the results I was looking for until I started training with Edwin. Within one month, my husband started commenting on how fit I looked, I started fitting in my clothes better, felt confident and strong. Edwin customized my workouts to protect my back (2 herniated discs), strengthen the muscles to alleviate pain in my neck and back (rarely took any pain relievers while working out with him!); he made sure to challenge me and push me beyond my comfort zones to achieve the results I was a looking for! Highly recommend Edwin!!

Edwin was my personal trainer for a year (only due to my work schedule- I do plan on returning). I was initially hesitant, since other trainers I've worked with do not seem to be too attentive. Edwin took the time to actually get to know me, my weaknesses/ strengths , down to customizing my workouts in a manner where it was not completely dreadful, boring or routine. His constant communication both on nutrition to availability to ensure I was following his plan was what really motivated me. I would definitely recommend Edwin, especially if you want results and not be bored to death. :-)

Definitely a dedicated trainer with ambition and drive in his work. If anyone is interested in losing weight he’s definitely the trainer to go too. Tough and hard workouts but so well worth it with great results and motivation to keep pushing for more. A lot of trainers will just train you and not follow up unlike Edwin he will follow up and provide meal plans and set up at home workouts on days you can’t make it he is really a great trainer.

I have been training with Edwin since February and to see where I started to where I am now it’s a amazing improvement and very noticeable. I had certain goals as far as gaining muscle and working with Edwin not only did I reach my goals I exceeded them. Edwin is a great trainer that pushes you when you feel like giving up but he’s also not a trainer that will overexert you. My sessions are an hour long and I usually go five to six days a week. That’s how great of a trainer he is everyday I look forward to my session instead of dragging myself to the gym I am actually looking forward to working out to keep seeing my progress. I had a goal of running and not only did Edwin build up my endurance to do my run in a certain time he was also there running with me. That’s how dedicated he is to his job and his clients. It’s a great pleasure to have Edwin as my trainer and I would definitely refer him to anyone that is interested in a fitness goal and overall a healthier lifestyle.

I’ve been training with Edwin for about 6 weeks now, sessions are a full hour and we meet twice a week. The past few weeks I’ve learned that I have been doing a lot of things wrong but Edwin has been patient and thoughtful about explaining why it’s wrong and how to correct my forms. He’s encouraging, tough and honest which is something I always appreciate. He’s taught me how to properly fuel my body and has taught me about proper nutrition. I am down 8 pounds and feeling strong. Edwin pushes me and encourages me to stay focused and keep going! Would I recommend Edwin...Hell yes!
