At an early age exercise took forefront in my life, always active through weight training , running, dance & more. Throughout years of enjoying the positive benefits of exercise and currently working one on one with clients my training philosophy is everyone can have fun exercising, it should not feel like " work" keeping my clients safe through enjoyable & effective programs that avoid staleness and keep both myself & client in a constant state of challenge, accountability & progress.

An hour session. Including a warm up, actual exercises and cool down. I typically like to customize sessions in which compound exercises are the main component.
Currently working with clients who have seen results mainly in adding muscle mass, aiding in stress relief and energy influx throughout their day after an early morning session.
