hi there! thank you for considering me as your trainer/coach! first off, I am a huge nerd! I love video games, Table Top RPGs, and that carries over to my own education. I am certified through the National Council of Strength & Fitness (NCSF), with specialty certifications, from TRX training, Kettlebells, basic nutritional support, to very specific like Pre-Post natal Specialty training through PRO Natal Fitness, Women's Coaching Specialist via Girls Gone Strong (GGS-1), and my main focus, Pain-Free Performance Specialist (PPSC). I always strive to learn new methods to keep my clients focused, engaged, and most importantly pain-free and having fun! on my free time, I am a huge nerd, so I play tabletop RPGs from Dungeons & Dragons to more lesser-known games Like Cyberpunk Red and Chronicles of Darkness. I also love reading for fun, the last book I finished reading is Dune.

I had the pleasure of having Edward as my personal trainer. It was my first time doing training and I needed someone who could get me started, help me make training a habit (I was very bad at going to the gym by myself) and help me set up a routine for myself. I was most impressed by Edward's personalized approach – instead of having me use machines (as many other trainers do with my friends), he used creative exercises to work out a particular muscle group. Doing a varied set of exercises was also fun – never tedious. Edward explained all exercises and the reasoning behind them, going all the way to how the body works. He was also good at giving me guidance on what I should eat and how I should improve my nutrition, which is an inseparable part of any exercise routine. Edward was a great motivator. There were times when I wanted to throw in a towel, but he was good at keeping me going. Edward was very flexible and made it possible for me to have a regular workout routine. Well for starters I wouldn’t be where I am in terms of fitness without him. I first started off going on YouTube and packing every exercises I saw into a workout plan. I would definitely feel the burn so I must have been doing something right. Wrong!! I would spend hours at the gym doing more harm than good to my own body. Working with Ed he showed me that I can feel the burn in a good hour and still get all the benefits. He’s been amazing to work with I told him what I wanted and we’ve been constantly working towards that. In the marines we have fitness test we have to do. I went from a high third sometimes second class straight to a first class. I can’t tell you how amazing that is all because of the workout regimen Ed has me doing. Another thing that’s incredible is how in depth he goes with the stretches beforehand. Doing the stretches I learned from him I never once felt any pain or aches even when I wasn’t with him all because of what he’s been teaching me.
