My name is Ed, I have been a personal trainer for about 6 years. I have worked in all areas of fitness from running a gym to private personal training to meal prepping. Fitness is my life and it is a challenging journey that truly does create strong determined people both mentally and physically. I love training others to aim to encourage them to embrace the lifestyle and start their own journey to be the best they can be inside and out.
