My name is Earnest. I moved to San Diego in 2014 from Chicago. Born and raised in Chicago I received the opportunity to run track and field on a full scholarship and almost made it to the Olympics! Post college I did a lot of work with cancer patients and post cancer individuals working closely with diet and exercise to give them the life back that they once had. Now in San Diego I'm chasing the dream of changing as many people as I can to provide them with the mind set and determination to chase their health and fitness because we all deserve a better life! I cover it all from 1-on-1 to group fitness, kickboxing, Crossfit, rehab and injury prevention.

Training sessions will vary depending on the clients needs, wants, end goal, and any injuries or weakness that may be holding them back. But we always start off with a warm up and I always go over stretching and foam rolling once the session is over. Safety first!
Susan Daniels: I am a 24-year-old junior studying communication I initially decided to get into personal training because my doctor recommended it I was very nervous because I've never been into fitness prior to visiting the doctor and I had never been one to be athletic I also had doubt that Earnest would be able to work with someone with Cerebral palsy. I was very satisfied and extremely impressed with the results. He was very caring. He took the time to get to know me and I never felt judged or rushed if I couldn't preform an exercise or I couldn't comprehend a movement. That was the biggest plus of the entire experience he is so great at making you feel proud of who you are ! I will never forget him for that.
