Hi, my name is Dylan. I have been involved with fitness for the last twenty five years. Growing up I was competitive athlete in several sports and when my playing days ended, I still felt the need to compete with myself, and that's when I started to get really serious about my fitness. Fitness has always been a passion of mine. My family and I relocated to South Carolina a few years ago from California where I worked in law enforcement for the last 15 years, during that time I would train other deputies and friends on the side and when we move out here I decided I wanted to train people full time, I have been doing that for the last couple of years working with all types of clients from competitive athletes, senior citizens, beginners, teenagers, special populations and everything in between.

It really will depend on the clients goals, there abilities, how hard they want to work, what motivates them and the style of training they prefer. I'm able to adapt to meet there needs.
There has been a lot, but a recent one I just had was a senior in high school who came to me with his parents and decide for his senior project he wanted to gain weight and increase his strength. He started out a 101.4 pounds at 5 foot 5 inches and his final weigh in four months later weighed in at 142.6 pounds we added four inches to his quads, two and a half inches to his arms, four inches to his chest and only a half inch to his abdomen and his strength on lifts went through the roof. His squat went from 65 pounds to 245 pounds, his dead lift went from 80 pounds to 270 pounds, and his bench went from forty five pounds to 150 pounds, but the coolest part was the confidence and well being he developed during the process.
