A former Division I decathlete, Dylan coaches athletes and clients of all levels to reach their potentials in muscle building, fat loss, speed, acceleration, athletic performance, and strength. As the team captain for East Carolina University’s track and field team, he broke the school records in both heptathlon and decathlon for 3 consecutive years, achieving multiple all-conference honors as well as academic honors. Dylan served as an intern for East Carolina strength and conditioning, working under NSCA coach of the year Jeff Connors. He worked with a variety of sports including one of the top ranked football programs in the country. He has worked closely with NFL prospects in 40 yard dash mechanics and speed training producing the 3rd fastest running back in the 2017 draft class. Also as a track and field specialist he has worked with multiple NCAA Student-athletes on speed and event technique. He specializes in sprinting mechanics, lifting technique, program design, and Division 1 athlete preparation. Dylan graduated with a degree in Sports Studies through the College of Health and Human Performance as well as a minor in Business Administration. He also holds a USA Weightlifting- Sports Performance Coach certification.
You can expect a short but effective warm up, followed by our circuit training if requested, then we would go through our lifting program, and finishing with a stretch and cool down.
After working for 2 years with a Division 3 Running back, he recently signed a professional contract with the CFL to play as their starting running back. I worked very closely with him on his speed development and Weightlifting program. In his time training with me, he improved in almost every aspect of his game and reached his goals.
