Each training session will start with an 10-15min individually tailored dynamic warmup. The core of the session will begin with the main movements which will be usually be full-body compound movements. This will be followed by assistance exercised selected to supplement the main movements and address weak points. At the end of the session we will reflect on the session and both leave with takeaways to inform the next session. My style is analytical but also flexible, I constantly learn and adjust with my clients to maximize their progress and keep them on track.
While working as a strength coach at a college in West Virginia I worked with both men and women's teams on improving their athletic output. Every team I worked with made improvements in their strength, power, speed, form, and body composition. It was rewarding seeing almost every athlete improve weekly and get closer to their performance goals.

Dylan has been a great bodybuilding coach. I've really enjoyed his program, we get a lot done in the hour I have available. So far in 10 weeks I've been working with him I gained about 5lbs. of muscle and my physique has improved consistently.
Dylan is 10/10, by far, the single best trainer I have ever worked with. His programs are intuitive enough that even I, a gym illiterate gal, can understand, but still leave me feeling physically challenged and great after each and every workout!
If you're thinking about hiring him for in person training, I HIGHLY recomend him!
It will be one of the best choices you make for yourself!!
He has an excellent coaches eye. He can always pick out the smallest of details in a lifting technique or exercise and break it down to help you perfect your form and technique in those exercises and lifts. He is always very helpful in regards to answering questions about which exercises are most beneficial for specific muscle groups throughout each training day.
