About Me

My name is Dylan and I am 27-years-old. I have been training for 10 years. I grew up playing recreational baseball for 8 years. Then I started playing golf around my junior year of high school. My passion for fitness started when I was 17 years old. Working out with a friend in his garage. Fitness has had such an impact on my life not only physically but mentally. Not only was I noticing changes in my body but also I realized that exercise was great for my mood. That inspired me to further my knowledge and so I decided to pursue a bachelors degree in exercise science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I have been certified through the American College of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer. Also, I will be getting certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a certified strength and conditioning specialist.

What to Expect

Typically will begin with assessments to collect some base day to be able to keep the client accountable and able to improve. Workouts will start with a warmup and end with a cooldown. Normally workouts will consist of fully body circuit training.
