About Me

Hi, my name is Dwayne. I have been in the fitness field for about 5 years. I started like all of my clients have; as a client. Having a trainer changed my life and also guided me towards my career. One of my many qualities as a trainer is being able to relate to my clients emotions and feelings throughout the training process. Another one of my qualities is that I get to know my clients on a more personal level, which leads to more success for my clients because I understand their wants and needs.

What to Expect

The first session is a basic assessment of the clients abilities to perform certain exercises to their best of their ability. After the first session is complete, the client and I sit together to discuss fitness goals and nutrition to create a plan for success.

Coming back to work after maternity leave I needed to get back to the gym and a personal trainer who will work with me, with my schedule. A friend of mine recommended Dwayne and since that assessment session which happened 5 months ago I've been working out with Dwayne. The results everyone can see. I like that he knows what I need and he sees when I can do more even when I can't and I want to quit. Dwayne is a nice guy and tough personal trainer. He listens to my concerns and works with my schedule. My friends asked for his number because they like what they see ;)
