Hi, my name is Duane. I'm a former marine now a personal trainer and coach. I teach boxing, kickboxing, self defense and strength and conditioning. I've been training and competing for about 10 years and I feel confident in my ability to help you reach your goals. I'd love to be apart of your fitness journey.
I will typically write up a plan based on goals and ability. I will change it for each person.
I love to keep in contact with all my clients to see where they are and how they feel they progress. I like reaching their current goals and working with them to make newer ones.
