Hi, my name is Drew. I have been a personal trainer for 10+ years. I ran track, played rugby, and football. I have worked at various gyms, including 24 Fitness, Gold's Gym, and Lifetime Fitness. After working at these gyms, I found that they were too heavily focused on selling, and my focus was always on helping each client with their long term goals. I prefer to be an independent trainer and give each client the focus and attention that he or she deserves in order to reach his or her goals. I am a committed trainer because I have a personal interest in each individual, and I believe each client can reach the very best version of themselves.
National Academy of Sports Medicine
A client can expect to share their goals, past injuries, and any chronic pain/ limitations. I will work with the individual to create a plan that pushes them to sweat, grow and improve. I plan on guiding basic nutrition and lifestyle choices outside work outs (increased cardio, meal planning, recreational fitness) as well as work out plans outside of training sessions. This creates an end to end plan that holds the individual accountable and empowered to make the changes they want to see.
I have had multiple long term successful clients. Client 1: weight loss. Lost 60lbs in 5 months. Increased strength, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance. Client 2: sports performance. Gained muscular strength and endurance. Improved speed, quickness, and agility in 1 month.
