Hi, my name is Don. I have been training 12+ years 10 of which have been at Treehouse Athletic Club. I love fitness and the happiness and balance it brings to your life. I believe everyone should be following a program no matter how big or little their goals. I have several clients I have been training 10+ years due to my ability to safely deliver the results they want and relate to their needs on a personal level. I have an amazing wife who is a Kindergarten teacher and an adorable dog who is a Vizsla that loves to accompany me on my outside adventures.

What to Expect

Regardless of how experienced the client is the training session will focus on form and control. I believe and understand every client is different in needs as far as tight muscles, weak muscles, movement deficiencies, injuries, and what they personally want to focus on. Come try a free session from me at Treehouse if you are curious! Constant progression by tracking exercises and weights performed as well as body composition. I never "wing it" but instead always have a program for the client to follow ensuring safety and progress.

At 69 years old my doctor said I was looking at another knee replacement and two shoulder replacements as well as having to lose 20 lbs before they could schedule me for surgery. I lost the weight within a year and 5 years later have managed to keep the weight off and still have not had to have the replacements under Don's instruction. He is a great coach and friend and all around a fun guy.
