Hi, my name is Dominick. I’ve been working out since I was in middle school, I’ve taken various classes on weight lifting and have attended over 15 CrossFit competitions. I have learned everything I can with limited resources about fitness and nutrition. I have always strived to make myself better physically and would love to pass on some knowledge to anyone in need or just looking to be better.
I will work at the clients pace, if things are moving too fast, I will slow it down and show them what they’re doing right and wrong. If my client is an overachiever and wants more, I have a ton of different workouts to do to get you where you want to be. I’m cool and relaxed but I always want people to better themselves and will help them strive for greatness.
I was a little boy in middle school, I was around 95 lbs and was just wanting to gain muscle and weight. I have gained over 80 pounds since then and I am currently at 6% body fat.
