First is to establish a goal. Then proper lifting techniques/ background in some science and nutrition. I believe nutrition is 80 percent of the task. You cannot outwork a bad diet. After proper lifting techniques are done we move on to more appropriate workout sessions to achieve the goals of the individual.
Most of my clients are looking for weight loss or tonining. Most clients will see a big change at first. The weight loss is easiest to attain at first. The more fat one loses the harder it gets to become smaller based on the body’s needs changing. Most clients always see results within a month or two.
