Hi, my name is Diane. I enjoy showing my clients what they are capable of becoming and like to let teach them how enjoyable and satisfying exercise can be. I have been a personal trainer for 15 years and I hold both NASM and ACE certifications. My experience ranges from personal sessions with pre and post natal clients, children, seniors, to group spinning classes. Whatever your goals, I will create a plan to achieve them and we will execute that plan together!
