I have a collegiate sports background and have trained all ages. I have conducted outdoor fitness boot camps weekly with emphasis on both circuit and HIIT fitness training & Step aerobics . Our 1 hour session, you can expect a fun and effective workout that is goal driven and unique. We will use different methods and exercises that will keep you motivated and wanting to workout. We will focus on your weaknesses to promote efficient workouts as you progress in your training. I will critique and provide feedback so we can continue to progress.
