Hi, my name is Deviyana. I finds moving meditation practice highly beneficial both physically and mentally. I started working with people as an MFT therapist. Fascinated by the mind body connection, I shifted my interest to a more somatic approach to healing. This led me to focus on energy work, which focuses on clearing mental and physical ailments.
This exercise modality is a moving meditation based on Chinese medicine knowledge. It is designed to increase energy flow in the body through slow, gentle, fluid movement. At the end of a session one feels calm and vital.
