When I first met this client she had low intrinsic motivation and negative self outlook. She had sustained an meniscus tear from over 3 decades ago and constantly had hamstring, quad, glute tightness amongst a low fitness level. Within the span of 3 months we have increased her quad strength considerably while addressing hamstring and glute tightness via myofascial therapy and she is now walking, and exercising with confidence and vigor.
