What to Expect

Typically I like to have my clients warm up with light cardio. After, we will begin a pre-planned workout depending on which muscle group has been picked for that day. Throughout the session I will be there to assist and motivate my client as needed. I will never push too hard or not enough. I will build rapport with my clients in order to learn how they feel most comfortable.
