About Me

Hi, my name is Derwent. I have passion for physical fitness and love to see lives changed through fitness. I've spent most of my life in the gym and used my skills to help others. I decided to make my passion a profession and I haven't looked back.

What to Expect

Depending on your goals, a typical training session includes a combination of strength training and cardio respiratory conditioning. I'm also a big fan of circuit training which helps to keep you engaged and not bored. I'll also incorporate active and dynamic stretching.
