The training and nutrition plan will be adapted to your personal goals. I will say that a lot of personal training sessions I've seen tend to be a lot of anaerobic work from the start and that's not something I think is sustainable. My training sessions should leave you with more energy than less.
I've had 2 clients (family members) so far that have lost 30 lbs this year, manily through nutrition consulting.
