Hello my name is Derick, I am young fitness professional with a passion for fitness and motivating others. I was told growing up "be a man service" and " you cant go wrong with achieving success by reading an helping others. Those words truly impacted me for those are the very reasons I joined the fitness industry. I want help give back to my community, through health and wellness. I want to show people how truly great they are, help bring others together, help individuals step out their comfort zones, and educate our society on the importance of health and wellness through fitness and nutrition. I want to help bring success to others through fitness, for fitness help bring me great success.

What to Expect

Clients can expect a challenging but very doable workout fit to their abilities and fitness goals. Not only will they get a great workout but they'll will also be taught proper form, how to put a workout program together, the importance of goal setting, and the basics of nutrient.

My very first client was a security guard at a law firm I use to work out. Her name was J. Now J was in her early thirties, she was a single mom of three, and she worked 10 hours a days and sometimes worked 6 days out the week. She would sit for long periods of time throughout the day, had very poor eating habits due to her busy schedule, and she was gaining weight for she wasn't active for most of her day and she wasn't eating properly. I reached out to her with a few nutrient tips to help her get back on track with eating right. Once she started feeling better through changing her eating habits, I then would meet her at the office gym 3 sometimes 5 times out the week and I would train her sometimes even workout with her. This went on for a little over 2 month and within that time she lost about 10lbs, slimmed her waist line a few inches, improved her overall strength and endurance, her clothes started fitting her better, and the secretaries in the building noticed once she started working out with me how slim she started to look and how much happier her mood would be at work.

Derick is a smart and talented trainer. Once he figures out what areas you want to work on, he cleverly tackles them. He is very knowledgeable about exercises with machines and without. He goes a step further to make sure you work out more areas of your body than just the "problem" areas. Derick is a kind and personable trainer, who knows the best way to motivate you to see the results you aspire to have.

I loved having Derick as a trainer. Once he knows what your goals are, he works to help you achieve them through versatile and dynamic workouts that not only improve your physique, but also overall performance as well. My friends have told me how much my body has changed since I started training with him (My shoulders, back, and arms have toned up immensely) and my strength has shot up.
