Delarosa graduated from State Fair CC with his Associate's degree in Dietetics. During his time in junior college, he became an Academic All-American and a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. To complete his undergrad, he attended the University of Central Missouri where he was a member of the Student Dietetics Association and the Vice President of Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity. While pursuing his Bachelor's degree, he played on the UCM rugby team as the starting flank. Starting summer 2022, Delarosa will be continuing his education with a Master's degree in sports performance while serving under Coach Thompson acting as the Head of Strength for the KC Sizzlers.

A typical session will consist of a dynamic warm up and mobility, speed and agility training followed by strength training and a cool down. If an athlete is in-season then we will not do the speed and agility to prevent any overuse injuries. Our workouts will always include some form of injury prevention regardless of time of year or injury history.
Most of my athletes experience drastic improvements in their running mechanics and strength within the first month.
