I am a NASM certified personal trainer looking to help clients achieve their own personal goals, whether it be weight loss, toning, strengthening or just to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I love to cook and have passion for healthy eating as well. I have been a dancer and teacher for more than 20 years and I am a dedicated mom of two boys. What to Expect
My sessions are filled with a variety of exercises, beginning with stretching, warm- up, cardio, strength, circuit style activities that engage the core and specific targeted muscle groups. I almost always end with a calming stretch, and 5 minutes to just refocus and relax the body.
