Hi! My name is Debbie and I love fitness! I have been a personal trainer for 3 years where I have worked in Dallas at a YMCA and for another company called Elect Wellness where I came to client's homes to train them. I have a degree in Kinesiology from Tarleton State University, as well as a Personal Training certification from NASM and Sport Nutrition from ISSA. I am also a certified Pilates instructor. I currently live in Stephenville and am willing to travel to your specific location to help train you in whatever your goal is. I am super optimistic and love to help people have an appreciation for exercise whether they like it or not. I believe taking care of our bodies is one of the most important things we can do for ourselves so that we are able to live healthier and more fulfilled lives.

I usually start with about 5-10 minutes of cardio to get the heart and blood flowing then will move into weights. Depending on whether it is a push or pull day I will have about 10-15 mins of core/balance routine then switch back to weights again varying between upper and lower body. Each session will end with stretching and neck rolls and bringing the heart rate down.
My client could barley hold a thirty second plank when I first started with him, but after two months of working out he was able to hold a three minute plank.
