About Me

Hi, my name is Debbie. I began my second career in movement and nutrition coaching in 2010 following a health scare that rearranged my priorities. As I rebuilt my own strength, stamina, and resilience I realized that what happened to me is too common in our stress-filled society, and if I could actively choose health, I could help others along that journey too. My main focus is functional movement, helping you restore and preserve the movement patterns that build resiliency, help prevent injury and keep you active throughout your life. No one gets to mid-life without any health, fitness, or weight challenges; how you conquer the second half of life is profoundly influenced by the quality of what you eat and how you move.

Working together we will build movement patterns and healthy eating habits in a sustainable way focused on what you are ready, willing and able to do. I have worked with clients diagnosed with fibromyalgia, scoliosis, breast cancer, diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, pre- and post-rehab, Offering compassionate accountability, I have guided clients through lifestyle changes to lose weight, gain strength, complete triathlons, travel the globe, ski with confidence and take active vacations. I have established relationships with physical therapists, chiropractors, and acupuncturists, and will coordinate with your health care providers as needed. I love to be outdoors, hiking, backpacking, alpine and nordic skiing, and running. I fulfilled a lifelong dream to live in the mountains when I moved to Mammoth Lakes in 2017 with her family and 2 labs.
