I have a Masters degree in exercise physiology from UCF and a B.S. degree in health science education and wellness from the University of Florida. The first half of my career I worked in physical rehab under orthopedic and physical medicine doctors in the treatment and rehabilitation of spinal, joint and soft tissue injuries. I opened a training studio in Winter Park 8 years ago and truly love helping individuals achieve and maintain a healthy balance with regard to fitness, nutrition and overall wellness. The majority of my clients are over 40 years of age, probably due to my niche in rehabilitation through experience, education, and certification and the careful planning of individualized programs.

I have been working with Debbie for about a year. My sessions are 40 minutes long, and Debbie keeps you going the entire time. I've worked with a lot of trainers over the years, and some have been good, but Debbie is the package deal! She is warm, professional, fun (yet serious about your health and fitness) and focused. She thinks outside the box and continues to challenge you. She pushes you but understands injuries and knows how to work around them. I have many injuries and with Debbie's planning, I have been able to continue working out the entire year. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a trainer.
Debbie Ivie is hands down the BEST trainer! My workouts are an hour twice a week. My goal is to stay toned up and get stronger.
