About Me

Hi! I have been in the fitness and wellness field for 20+ years now (professionally / certified for 13 years). I have 15 certifications in fitness and wellness, including specialist in fitness nutrition certified, certified life coach and certified weight loss coach. I do one-on-one counseling in fitness and wellness in addition to one-on-one fitness training, group fitness training, weight loss management, muscle toning, abs sculpting, pilates, cardio kick boxing, pool aerobics, beach workouts, and so much more. Fitness and wellness has always been my passion. I am certified, insured, and experienced. I totally enjoy assisting others with their fitness and wellness goals (women, men, of all ages, of all fitness levels). Getting fit can be fun! We can do this and make it fun while reaching your fitness and wellness goals. :-)

What to Expect

After the initial consultation (prior to workout session, either right before workout or days/hours before workout begins), we will meet and begin. First, we will do a warm up, then a stretch, then we will do whatever type of workout that is scheduled, then we will do another stretch at the end of the workout, and we'll plan what is next. I always have great music, make my workouts fun, and will answer any questions at anytime, via phone call, emails, texts, and in person.
