Hello friends and other supporters! My name is Dayla and I have been addicted to learning for many years! Wellness and holistic health care are my passions for humans and animals. I am currently certified in personal training, health coaching, stress management, sports nutrition, meditation therapy, yoga, herbs and supplements, senior fitness, aerobics and adult, infant, and canine/feline CPR. I am also finishing my bachelor's degree in nutrition at Tarleton State University and I am always looking for more ways to learn and improve myself. Some of the things I love to do are to cook healthful meals for my family and pets, dancing and yoga, and also rescuing and caring for all sorts of animals that I welcome into my life. I have been making natural and holistic skincare for 5 years now, and I love to be challenged by my customers at creating products they want but can't find. I love biology and anatomy, because I love learning about the how and why of the body, mind, and disease. I also garden with a large amount of my time, and I love being one with nature.

Hailey Salas: Working with Dayla has given me the opportunity to do something I was unable to do by myself or at any basic fitness center. I am the type of person that needs that extra push when it comes to personal fitness. From the first day, my entire program was centered on me in order to meet my personal goals. Another huge key to why this program has worked so well is because of my trainer, Dayla. She always has faith in me (even when I can’t do something or feel like I look silly doing it), and most importantly she makes me laugh. We work really hard but we have a lot of fun!
