Personal Trainer, ISSA Nutrition Certified Dayannara (Day) has 9 years of experience in fitness. When she first started, she had no background in general sports and fitness. Through studying movements and nutrition, and trial-and-error, she has accumulated years of knowledge from fitness/science research and experience. This is her passion and what she truly loves to do. Day has competed in the NPC Figure division 3 times, in 2018, and was nationally qualified. She has experience in powerlifting and is currently diving into her CrossFit adventure. Outside of the world of fitness and nutrition, Day is a US Air Force Officer. She received her B.S in Chemical Engineering from MIT (2017) and her M.S in Information and Knowledge Strategy from Columbia University (2021). She will be pursuing her M.S in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arizona.

Training sessions and nutrition plans are tailored to the individual's goals and experience/level. Everyone is different, so each plan is unique. Typically, sessions are 45-60 minutes long and include mobility work/warm-up, technique-focused resistance training protocols, and training in either hypertrophy/muscle building, powerlifting, or general fitness.
I have worked with several clients over the past 9 years, particularly in the nutrition aspect of fitness. I also coached myself for several body building shows. As a personal trainer, I've worked with clients with ages ranging from mid-20's to 70's.
