About Me

I have been in the health and fitness industry for more than 25 years serving women as a personal fitness trainer, lifestyle coaching expert and nutrition specialist and have developed an independent line of supplements. My passion is to teach women how to make priority choices that fit into their own lifestyle for the most effective results by being smarter, not working harder. I use a variety of methods to guide each individual one step at a time beginning with a basic foundation and build a lifestyle of momentum for long term results.

What to Expect

You can expect a well-rounded training session that includes a variety of exercises according to the goal you want to accomplish. I include resistance with free weights, machines, bands, cables and the pilates reformer. Core is an important focus to remain consistent in as well as stretching techniques. Cardiovascular practice can be used as an interval method.
