My name is Davon singleton . I'm a NESTA certified personal trainer (LA Fitness master). I have trained for 6-8 years with various styles of training varying, from calisthenics to powerlifting as well as mobility and functional training. My experience has given me a chance to work with all ages and all skill levels.

What to Expect

5-10 minute warmup (dynamic/cardio) - Resistance training (posture work) - Core training (stability) - Cool down - The weeks vary in this form due to the phase of training we're in.

I began training after a diagnosis of osteoporosis. Davon tailored my training toward helping me build muscle so as to support my bones. He developed a whole body strengthening plan and pushed me to excel. He carefully monitored my progress & always explained the value of each exercise. I've had a few trainers before Davon and none of them can even compare. He knows how to give you work outs that are doable but push you at the same time. Unlike some other trainers he doesn't get frustrated if you can't do something the first time, he may modify the workout and have you build up strength to do the original one. Sessions were typically 30 minutes and could be HIIT or weights, there is always a warm up and they usually went by pretty fast, mostly because he made them fun. I made more progress than I did anywhere else. He taught me plenty of workouts I could even do at home and gave me ways to stretch my weak back. He is very motivating and will check up on you to make sure you are still working to be a better you. best trainer hands down and I highly recommend him.
