I got in the fitness industry because it’s something I enjoyed on my own. It made me feel good afterwards, reduced my stress, and I had more confidence then before. It’s something I want to pass on to you! The same feeling, same energy, and same poise that I felt. I’m a personal trainer/strength coach. I have played sports most of my life. Playing soccer, hockey, and football. I always enjoyed physical fitness. When i practiced, lifted weights, and played competitive sports I was in my element. I have my B.S. in Science and majored in Exercise Science at Montclair State University. From my experiences I know what works and what doesn’t. So let’s start today!
It all depends on your goals. I typically start with foam rolling, warm up, power development, power/strength, finisher and then a cool down. Exercises vary depend on the individual. The session will be the best part of your day!
I worked with the oldest woman in a strength and conditioning performance center. She always told me that I push her more than any other coach. She was really proud of that and she made sure I knew about it :)
