Hi, My name is David a personal trainer our in New York City. I’m a national academy sports medicine certified personal trainer, with 28 years of kyokushin karate experience. I also have a B.A in psychology from Fordham University. For 2 years I underwent an intensive transformational learning program at Landmark Worldwide, giving my self a better ear to listen to the clients and create possibility out of what was deemed impossible out of fitness.

The initial session will be physical and lifestyle assessment ,and a 30 minute session based on goals the client is seeking. Every client’s training program is designed based on all fitness levels. What I promise is you will have a fun, sweaty, with living life powerfully.
The client I provided in the photo above is Zelda whom I've known for many years through karate. She wanted to lose body fat and put on lean muscle for her to be a better fighter and live healthier. As a team we discovered what it would be like for her to live life powerfully, and lived a life she loved through her fitness journey with me. What that took was working on behaviors that matched and gave her a sense of empowerment to deliver the results she was looking for. She was able to lose 15lbs of fat, and added 15 pounds of muscles in the span of 3 months.

David is an amazing trainer with great experience! He focuses on what I need to develop and is always pushing me to reach my limit. He also uses a lot of equipment to help with training. I feel very much accomplished after each session. Very experienced, professional, and caring personal trainer.

I hired David back in October 2019. I’d been leading a very sedentary lifestyle- especially after healing from several injuries over the last few years as a result of tripping.
I recently fell again and knew I had to start rebuilding my strength In effort to increase mobility and enhance my vitality.
David has been so encouraging and motivating! I’ve been working out twice a week with him for the last 3 months. I feel strong, I feel more confident, he motivates me when I don’t think I can do something- and that’s taught me I have so much more in me. He’s helped me overcome some old beliefs about my body and my limitations. And I totally appreciate that he listens to me when I share I’d something hurts and he then finds a way to adjust the exercise so I can do it in a way that works for my body.
I love working out with him so much that we just added a 3rd day to our weekly workouts. I highly recommend David. He will stand for you just like he does for me!
David is a phenomenal teacher. He is extremely knowledgeable in Martial Arts and physical fitness. He is able to explain difficult movements and sequences in martial arts in way that's easy and fun to understand. David is able to provide sessions that are both engaging and challenging. I highly recommend David, he is professional, effective and fun to work with.
David has a natural touch for quickly identifying weaknesses and dysfunctional pattern and building a regiment to create balance, strength and movement quickly. I had suffered for years from a string of injuries and he was able to improve my strength, mobility and function quickly.

Dave is great!! I came to him because I was dealing with lower back pain and I needed help. Within a few mins he was able to spot my weak areas and imbalances.
