About Me

Hi, my name is David. I have played sports ever since I was very little all the way through college so a lot of the movements and exercises that I have clients perform are based on a sports background.

I primarily work with weight loss clients who are struggling with knowing what to do when they step into a gym. I, myself am a weight loss success story which makes it very easy for me to relate to my client's struggles and knowing how to keep them motivated. I've lost over 50 lbs myself and use that as inspiration for my training .

I am very laid back and understanding, I will not be a trainer that gets in your face and yells and screams. but rather I focus on staying positive and helping you believe that you can reach your goals and more!

My sessions are held in a private gym with no members. This will help you to feel comfortable and motivated as we can train hard with no prying eyes.

What to Expect

-I begin all sessions with a nutrition consultation, unless specified by a client that they are not interested in receiving nutrition advice.
- 5 minute cardio warm up coupled with a recap of the client's home work responsibilities while not with me and whether or not they were accomplished. Brief explanation of the day's training focus.
- Foam Rolling and stretching if needed by specific client
- 30 minutes of intense working out
- Brief stretch/ Cooldown, meanwhile we will go over all of the client's homework for the week/ until next session.
